Social Studies 9 - Industrial Revolution Power Point Project

The time of the Industrial Revolution was a period of great change in society, science and technology.

Your research project will examine one change or advance in society, technology or industry during the Industrial Revolution and create a Powerpoint presentation.  Your presentation will include:

1. An explanation and illustration demonstrating basic understanding of the concept or advance.
2. A discussion of the effects the concept or advance had on society or industry at the time. 
3. An examination of the long term effects of the concept or advance on society or industry including an analysis of these effects up to the present day.

Before you begin your project, make sure you have your own copy of the criteria for your presentation.  Pay particular attention to the detailed instructions of what to include in your Powerpoint.
